Gold Licence Caterer

 

Following the launch in 1994, Avocado Group was granted a NSW Restaurant and Catering Gold License.

The requirements for the Caterer’s Gold License are:

  • The caterer must operate from a commercial kitchen which has been inspected and passed by the local government authority
  • Must employ a senior person with at least five years experience in the hospitality industry or extensive trade qualifications
  • Must maintain workers compensation and public liability insurance

Many venues only require a gold licence certified caterers to operate at their venues.
