We just received this feedback from a client of many years.
I just wanted to drop a note to say thank you for work of both your great staff, chef Alex and your Hospitality Supervisor/Manager, Joe. Our client originally advised they will break half an hour early but then ended up breaking at about 45minutes earlier. On advice to your chef, Alex just stepped up 5th gear and ensured the first 4 platters of food was out and ready for the clients. Joe had also supervised the bar professionally to ensure all 150pp were served drinks as quickly as possible before moving into serving food with the rest of the staff.
Our client was very happy and very appreciative of all the efforts from everyone last Friday. It was great to see such professionalism and team work and would appreciate you passing on our thanks and appreciation for such a job well done.
