Conference Catering Sydney

We have added a few new items to our Conference Lunch menu today:

 

Arabic Lamb Mini Pide with Crushed Pine nuts and Fetta Cheese

Grilled Lamb and Aubergine Kebab with Tahini Yoghurt Dressing (gf)

Thai Spiced Chicken and Rice Cake served with Coconut and Lime Sauce (gf)

Pulled Pork and Jalapeño Empanada

 

 

 

Spring Catering in Sydney

Spring is in full swing.  Spring is not just for the beach, but spring also brings an abundance of new season ingredients.

With this warmer weather, many of our catering clients are enjoying our Spring Boardroom menu.

 

Some items include:

Roasted Barramundi Fillet, fondant potato, prawn and ginger with zucchini blossom and sauce vierge 

Pistachio Crusted Rack of Lamb, tartiflette potatoes, petite nicoise salad, soubise and thyme & lemon jus

Today’s Boardroom Menu 

Entrée

 – Hunter Valley Quail and Chorizo Salad, feta, pickled grapes, beetroot and crisp potato maxime
 
Main
 – Slow Cooked Tenderloin of Beef, potato puree, Enoki mushrooms, beans, heirloom Tomatoes and a tarragon emulsion
Dessert
 – Local and International Cheese Board, crisp breads, quince, dried fruit and nuts
 
To Finish
 – Freshly brewed coffee & a selection of teas
 – Homemade petits fours

“I would like to thank everyone at Avocado for the delightful cuisine presented at the Woolworths offsite held at Capgemini offices in the city.
